We bought our house in April, but didn't have the chimney inspected. There weren't chimney caps on it when we moved in, it had been vacant for a year, and birds had been living in there. The fireplace was so filthy. Joe just kept pulling more and more dirt and who knows what else out of there. He laid out a big sheet to protect our carpet and brought in a giant vacuum to keep the dirt/dust/soot from flying all over the place. He was professional, showed up on time, and made sure he didn't make a mess. Great price. Give them your money. I would absolutely use them again.
